 Our client portfolio has grown steadily from 6 organizations in FY18 to 67 organizations in FY26, reflecting the trust, long-term partnerships, and consistent value delivered across industries. 

 EPK has successfully expanded its training and consultancy portfolio, increasing engagements from 7 in FY18 to 145 in FY26. This sustained growth demonstrates our commitment to building organizational capability through practical, results-driven solutions. 

 Started in 2017 in Madhya Pradesh, Ek Pahla Kadam has steadily expanded its reach and now provides training and consultancy services across 15 States and Union Territories in India, as well as Nepal. 

 EPK has established a strong presence across 15 Indian States and Union Territories, with an international footprint in Nepal. Our expanding reach reflects our ability to deliver impactful consulting and training services across diverse sectors and regions. 

Over the years, EPK has facilitated 242 improvement projects, generating 70+ Crores in measurable savings for clients. The consistent increase in project execution highlights our expertise in driving operational excellence and sustainable business improvements. 

 As of March 2026, EPK has successfully executed 242 improvement projects across multiple continuous improvement methodologies. DMAIC remains our core approach with 141 projects, complemented by Quality Circle (35), Kaizen/PDCA (37), Kobetsu Kaizen (13), 5S System (12), and Jishu Hozen (4), showcasing our comprehensive expertise in Lean and Six Sigma implementation.
